Delivery:

Once your order has been confirmed, it takes 48 hours to prepare the order and an average of 3 to 5 business days for delivery in France.

You will receive email notifications to let you know where your package is.

Returns and exchanges:

At Glaamnails, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you don't encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order cancellation policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed in less than an hour. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@glaamnails.com as soon as possible.

The vast majority of items in stock are processed within an hour, so it is essential that you contact us within an hour of placing your order so that we can cancel it before it is processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation requests will be accepted if your order has already been processed.

Address errors:

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of this address and to contact us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or cannot be delivered (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In the latter cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund minus shipping costs and other restocking fees, or we will offer you a reshipment, whichever you prefer.

You will not be eligible for a reshipment or refund of your order until the sender has received your package.

Returns policy:

Our returns policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form. Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will provide when you write to our support team.

Please do not return products to our head office or partner warehouse addresses without contacting us first.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous products, or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned

* Any item not in its original condition and packaging.

* Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be issued: (where applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use

* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased through gift list platforms and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift preferred to receive the item first and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will know that you have returned the item.

Other

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

If you receive a refund, it will be for the amount you paid. If you have notified us that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus shipping costs and other restocking fees.

If you want an exchange: depending on your country of origin, the exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.
