Exchanges are available for all products. Simply contact us by email or phone explaining what you would like to exchange.

Refund details and vouchers

Orders that are exchanged or items that are returned/exchanged due to a manufacturer defect will not incur these restocking fees. The charge will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

Replacement of a defective or faulty item

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.

Our insurance (Breakage/Theft/Loss) protects customers and guarantees a refund under certain conditions:
