Return and refund policy
At Glaam Nails, we pride ourselves on providing quality products to satisfy you. However, if you have changed your mind and are within the 14-day return period, we offer you three options:
- Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for the same style in a different size and/or color. Exchanging a product for a different product is strictly not permitted. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
If you would like an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 1 to 3 weeks to reach you.
- Return the item and request a refund.
You can request a refund, which will be for the amount you paid. Otherwise, the default refund will be made using the payment method used for your purchase. A 15% inspection, warehouse, and restocking fee will apply.
We specify in the confirmation email that you should check the accuracy of your delivery address. However, if we find an incorrect or incomplete address or if the package is returned to us, delivery and restocking fees of 20% will apply.
Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, opened or used cosmetic products will not be exchanged or refunded in order to guarantee the hygiene and safety of our customers.
We would like to point out that we only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. It is essential that the application instructions are followed and that no nail extensions are applied, as this affects the hold of Glaam Nails.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
*Please note: If you decide to return an item that is part of a set, the bundle price of your order will no longer apply.
- Replacing an incorrect or defective item.
We are very sorry! It is essential that you notify us as soon as you receive the item.
Please email us at contact@glaamnails.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem (e.g., incorrect/defective item)
- A photo or video
The defect must be on the product, not the packaging. The defect must compromise the quality of the product, or its use must not be considered a case for withdrawal.
If the expert confirms a manufacturing defect, the regulations allow the merchant to repair or exchange your product even if you request a refund. If they are unable to do either of these, they will refund your purchase.
If you want a refund, the merchant has the right to consider your request as a withdrawal and the return will be at the customer's expense.
In the event of withdrawal, we reserve the right to deduct part of the refund in proportion to the damage.
Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer's defect do not incur restocking fees.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.
Late or missing refunds:

- Processing time usually takes 5 to 7 business days

How do I return an item?
- Contact us by email at contact@glaamnails.com. We will ask you to send us photos of the item before returning it so that we can assess its condition.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions. Each return request must be accompanied by the return form that will be sent to you.
- Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address that we will provide you via email.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
Deadline for returning your product:
Once your return request has been made, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return the item. Please note that if this deadline is exceeded, the return may be refused.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased via gift list platforms and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified that you have returned the item.
